Write to hello@steek.ai. That address covers questions about the product, pricing, billing, refunds, partnerships and press. We do not run a call-gated sales process: the price is published on our pricing page, so you never have to email us just to find out what something costs.
Privacy and data requests
For anything covered by the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawing consent — email privacy@steek.ai. The same address handles requests for our current sub-processor list. What we process and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
